What does it involve?

'Ask an Architect' is a strategy session with a qualified architect to discuss the potential of your project.

 

It covers everything general from the 'big' things like the fundamental principles of design and how are they applicable to your project, down to some of the specifics to enable you to move forward effectively.

 

We can also discuss who else you might need to talk to and when, what approvals you might need,

and your potential costs and your budget.

Our conversation can be as broad or as specific as you need and will enable you to create

your 'client brief',

From this conversation (and the accompanying written summary) you can make a more informed, and clearer choice about the next step and direction for project, which may include our 'Sketch Design' architectural service.

How much?

  For a site visit and one hour consultation, your investment will be $775 (plus GST)**.

​

**Payment is made prior to the consultation but we understand that life happens. That's why allow you to reschedule a maximum of 2 times before charging

a rescheduling fee of $50 or, if you wish to cancel your consultation, a cancellation fee of $100 will be deducted when refunding you.  

​

Projects located between 25 kms and 100 kms from the JRa office (Brisbane), will incur an addtional  travel charge per km travelled, for the total distance of a return trip.
